When you register, we collect: business name, WhatsApp number, description, profile photo, and Instagram username. We also collect anonymised usage statistics (page visits, WhatsApp clicks) to improve our services.
When you connect your Instagram Business account, we use Meta's Instagram Graph API to display your media catalogue on your public page. We store only your access token (encrypted) and your Instagram user ID. We never store your media on our servers. We do not sell, share, or monetise any Instagram content or data.
Your data is used exclusively to display your shop online, allow you to manage your merchant space, and produce anonymous statistics to improve the platform.
We do not sell any personal data to third parties. Your data is stored on Supabase (secure infrastructure, EU region). The Instagram Graph API is used in compliance with Meta's Terms of Service.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, visit our data deletion page or contact us by email.
